Christmas Eve and Christmas Day

We hope that everyone had a wonderful Christmas and holiday season. I know we did....we finally had a Christmas that we stayed home and didn't do much running, well sort of... We have decided now that we have a little girl we need to start coming up with our own family traditions; something Victoria can remember as "what we always do at Christmas". So, this year was the start...

Christmas Eve was at our house. It was my Mom and Dad, Uncle Nate and Jennifer, Wheezer, Bobbie, Uncle Jim and our friend Nancy. It was a tight fit at our little townhouse but it was so much fun to have everyone over. The first thing we decided to do for a tradition was to let Victoria always wake up at her own house Christmas morning. So, on Christmas morning Victoria woke up to a couple of Santa presents under the tree. Of course almost everyone had to come back to see her open her first Santa Clause presents. She is surprisingly very good at opening presents...or should I say eating presents :) Everything went into her mouth!! Later on Christmas Day we went over to my parents for a delicious dinner. There it was my parents, Uncle Nate, Uncle Jim, Ted, Victoria and me. It was a lot of fun to have a relaxing Christmas.

Unfortunately, Victoria was also sick with the flu over Christmas. So, she wasn't always a happy camper...but we did still get a couple of fun pictures.... Check out more at: http://victoriawirtz.shutterfly.com/
