It makes me sad that I will never again experience a growing baby in my belly.  But now I get to relish in the pregnancies of my friends. I just love pregos...they are too cute!!!  At our girls night the other night, I couldn't resist making them pose together for a picture or two :) Here are Nickie (28 weeks) and Julia (16 weeks) with their pregnancy glows!!!

Mommy's Time Out

A few months ago, my dear friend Jenni called me up and expressed her need for a girls weekend. She proposed that I come out to Arizona (where she lives) and then we would barricade ourselves into a hotel and have a complete Mommy only Spa Weekend. I jumped at the opportunity and in the middle of July I found myself in the hot Arizona sun.  We sat by the pool, sipped on umbrella drinks, were soothed by massages and facials and tapped our toes to the bands at night.

We had an absolute wonderful time and promised ourselves that we would do something like this every year!!!  I hope we can make it happen!!

A Stay-Cation - the last few days

So, that last few days we just decided to relax!!!!  It was nice. No agenda, no having to be anywhere at a certain time...just doing whatever we wanted to do.

A Stay-Cation: Day 4

On Day 4, I scored us some free wrist bands to Nickelodeon Park at the Mall of America. We spent the morning together checking out all the rides, then the girls split off to shop for the rest of the afternoon :)
