a trip up north

Last weekend, we made a trip up North to Ted's Aunt Bobbie's house.  We just love going up there and wish we could do it more often.  It's one of the most relaxing places EVER.  We go up on a Friday, leave on a Sunday and never get out of our pajamas :)  I even manage to take naps and snuggle my babes to my hearts conents.

The best part is that we were FINALLY able to enjoy some snow :)

We met a new friend

We ate some snow

The Puppy and Marlee both loved the taste of snow :)

We made snow balls to throw at Mommy!

We tried to build a fire out of sticks

(seriously....where do they learn this stuff?)

We made snow angels

We even modeled for Mommy

(can you tell Marlee isn't as sick of the camera yet as Victoria?!?!)

This stool was climbed up and down about a thousand times

And of course enjoyed the scenery

We are so thankful that Ted’s Aunt takes us in with all of our chaos. The girls were not on their best behavior and thankfully she could laugh off a few broken items.  Oops!!! She had much more patience then me with my little ones.  All in all it was a wonderful little getaway though.  We need to put our Spring trip on the calendar. This time we will take out the pontoon and paddle boat J
