Teacher Marlee???

Marlee LOVES to read and she brings books with her everywhere! 

I just love it and hope it's a habbit that sticks with her as she grows.

The funny thing about Marlee though, is that she reads the books like she's reading them to a classroom. Holding the book perched on her hand so that all of the students can see the pictures.  She even "licks" her finger before she turns the page (she doesn't know that's what she is doing, but I can only guess as she puts her finger up to her mouth each time....must be her copycat from a teacher at school). 

She'll also read in front of the mirror, in front of the oven, in front of a window that casts her reflection...

She loves to see herself read.

Also, when you read a book to her, she also has to have a book in hand.  So, she'll be listening to you read, but also has to continue to read outloud book perched :)
