Girls Weekend

In August, I think the boys were off playing in ANOTHER golf tournament, we were blessed to have a weekend for just THE GIRLS.  We took a long awaited trip to the zoo on Saturday and enjoyed the beautiful flowers at the Arboretum on Sunday.  Both girls just LOVE being outside and enjoyed the fresh air.  Victoria is a Zoo veteran and loved seeing all of her animal friends.  For Marlee, this was her first visit to the Zoo and she seemed to really enjoy it.  Grandma has a membership, so we hope to make it back again soon.  I am now a proud Arboretum member and thank goodness.  With two little ones in tow, I think we only made it through about 1/8^th of the beautiful scenery.  I will be anxious to go back and check out more.
